T Shirt Printing and Personalisation

 At Workwear Printing, we use two methods to print onto t-shirts, normally depending on the graphic you need to print. The two methods we use are Direct to Garment (also known as DTG) where ink is applied directly to a treated garment. The other is using Vinyl Flex, wherein the graphic is cut out of coloured vinyl and then heat pressed onto the garment.

Direct to Garment Printing

Direct to garment printing is ideal when you need to print full-colour images and pictures onto the t-shirt, these are great for customising your own leisurewear but are also popular with hen and stag parties.

Garment Vinyl

The other alternative is vinyl printing which is great for vector graphics and lettering, we use this method to add business names and details to workwear items such as personalised polo shirts and printed hoodies, it has great wash ability and its idea if you require simple text or graphics adding to the garments.

Stag and Hen Party T Shirts

When it comes to hen parties and stag do’s we can help out. Just send over your own design or ideas and a member of the team will check to make sure they are suitable for garment decoration. We always recommend that lettering should be supplied as outlines which make it much sharper and give better results. Full colour images can be sent over as image files such as jpg’s, tiff’s or png’s. We are also able to work with PDF files which are another great way to ensure good production quality.
